Ted Rose

Lead Instructor, University of Canyon State Electric

Ted provides hands-on education and mentorship to electrical apprentices at Canyon State Electric, helping them build both the technical knowledge and practical skills needed to succeed in the electrical trade. After beginning his career as an electrician in the field, Ted spent more than 30 years as an electrical engineer with companies including Intel, Electro-Test, and Cornelius Consulting Group, and later led his own engineering consulting firm, Rose, Sing & Associates. Today, he brings that extensive experience to Canyon State Electric’s training program, passing on both theoretical and real-world knowledge to help develop the next generation of skilled electricians.

Kristine Riservato

Director, University of Canyon State Electric

Kristine Riservato plays a key role in workforce development and training at Canyon State Electric. She joined the company in 2024 as Safety Manager, where she helped support jobsite safety initiatives and employee training. In 2025, she transitioned into the role of UCSE Manager, overseeing programs within the University of Canyon State Electric (UCSE) and helping expand training opportunities for employees and apprentices. Through her leadership and dedication to employee development, Kristine later advanced to University Director, where she now leads CSE’s training and education initiatives, helping build career pathways and develop the next generation of skilled electricians.
